Chairman:
The main role of the Chairman is to oversee the running of all aspects of the Club. They have to know the ins and outs of how the club works and be able to advise the committee on what to do while leading the committee in making decisions for the benefit of the whole club. They will be the main point of contact for liaison with the AU and as such will have to attend AU Training Events and be at all meetings of the Club committee and ensure that they are properly conducted. They will also be incharge of the competions side of the club ensuring all members know about competitions that are happening and encouraging them to take part at any level
Secretary
The secretary is in charge of the general organisation of the club. The main role will be booking in the RAPS and AFF courses as well as general liason with Dropzones. They will also be in charge of keeping records of progression within the club and have a strong role in supporting members with any questions or help they may need. They will work closely with the chairman to ensure the club is running as it should be and always heading in the right directions.
Treasurer
The treasure is in charge of the finance of the club. They have a large number of responsabilitys including:
· Keep the Club's accounts in order, in line with AU policy
· Act as the Club's signatory for any cheques
· Apply for any grants that the Club may require
· To ensure that the annual grant application form is completed in conjunction with the committee and handed back to the AU by the deadline.
· To work closely with the club chairman and AU Finance Officer to ensure that invoices are received and paid on time
They will also be the BCPA co-ordinator insuring all of Loughborough’s achievements and compitions entries are submitted on time
Social Sec
The social sec main job is to organise regular socials while monitoring their attendance and listening to members to see what can be done to improve them. They will also be incharge of publicty for the club doing things such as creating flyers for freshers fair and creating stash for the club
